Short version: the only thing we collect is what you type into our quote form, and we use it to answer you. That's it.
Twice the Magic Events is a family-run party planning, gift basket, and event styling business serving South Florida from Jupiter to Miami. This policy covers the website at twicethemagicevents.com.
We collect only the information you choose to type into the quote request form on our homepage. That is:
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not run advertising trackers on it. We do not require an account, and there is nothing to log into. We do count page visits — see "Analytics" below.
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote for your party. That includes following up by phone, text, or email to ask clarifying questions and to send you pricing.
We do not add you to a marketing list from the quote form, and we do not use your information to build a profile of you.
When you send the quote form, it goes to a server run by MayoClaw LLC, the company that builds and hosts this website for us. Your submission is received and stored there on our behalf so that we can read it and get back to you. There is no third-party form service in the middle — nobody outside of us and MayoClaw LLC receives what you send.
If the form can't go through, the page tells you so and asks you to email us directly. Nothing is sent anywhere unless the form goes through.
The website itself is hosted on that same server, and standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) are recorded automatically for security and troubleshooting. Those logs are not linked to your quote submission and are not used for marketing.
We use Plausible Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It runs on the same MayoClaw LLC server as the rest of the site — it is not an outside analytics company — and it does not set cookies or follow you across other websites.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. Aside from the service providers above who make the website and form work on our behalf, we only disclose information if we are legally required to.
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and keep records of the work — typically a couple of years — and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
This website is intended for parents and other adults booking a party. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Details you share about the birthday kid (age, theme, favorite things) come from you, the adult, and are used only to plan the party.
Want a copy of what we have, or want it deleted? Email us at contact.twicethemagic@gmail.com with the name and party date you used, and we'll take care of it. There's no cost and you don't have to give a reason.
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
