Yes, there really are two of us

Twice the Magic is run by twin sisters, Nicole and Michele. The name was never a marketing thing.

We're Nicole and Michele — twin sisters, and we run this together. Two sets of eyes whenever a basket needs them, two opinions on every balloon color, and one very long debate about whether that shade of pink is the pink. It usually isn't. We fix it.

Being a twin means you've spent your entire life coordinating something with somebody — outfits, plans, birthdays, mischief. Turns out that's decent training for pulling off someone else's big day.

So when we say family-run, we mean the two of us. Tell us about your party and you'll hear back from Nicole or Michele, not a form letter.

FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks for baskets, and four weeks for party styling and full planning. Shorter notice is sometimes possible — just ask.

Do you only do kids' birthdays?

Kids' birthdays are the bulk of what we do — but no. Baby showers, holiday displays, seasonal baskets, and grown-up parties are all fair game. If it's worth celebrating, we'll style it.

Can I fully customize a basket?

Yes — tell us what the guest of honor is into and we'll build it from scratch, whether that's a seven-year-old's favorite characters or a friend's very specific coffee habit. Premade themes are also available if you want something quicker.

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?

Both work. Local delivery is available across our Jupiter-to-Miami service area, or you can pick up if that's easier.

What if I only want the basket, not the setup?

Totally fine — baskets and party styling are separate services. Mix and match whatever fits your party.

How do I get an exact price?

Fill out the form below with what you're picturing and we'll follow up with a real quote based on your specific party.

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the event.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancel 14 or more days before your event and your deposit becomes a credit good for 6 months. Cancel less than 14 days before and the deposit is not refundable, because materials are already bought and the date is already held.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — one free reschedule if you give 14 or more days notice.
